Refund and Returns Policy

We generally do not offer returns or refunds for any products on this Website. All Trovians merchandise is provided by a third party company–Printful. Due to the fact that all items are made to order they cannot be returned because they do not fit or because you are dissatisfied.

We highly recommend that you refer to the size charts and actually get out a measuring device to be sure that the items you order will fit. Please keep in mind that all the product images presented on this Website are digitally generated from uploaded images, and therefore may vary slightly in their final appearance in real life.

Damaged Items

The only scenario in which a return or refund may be accepted is if a product arrives damaged or defective. In other words, Printful is at fault.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful’s part are covered at their expense.

Delivery Issues

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
